SALMON IN A PAN WITH COUS COUS, RAISINS AND CHORIZOadmin

IngredientsSalmon fillet – 220 g
Cous cous – 80 g
Raisins – 30 g
Olive oil – 50 g
Chorizo – 15 g
Lemon – 60 g
Butter – 15 g
DirectionsClean, wash and dry the fish, season and seal on both sides in a hot pan with a little olive oil. Then place in a grazed pan and bake in a preheated oven at 1800C from 6 to 8 minutes.
While the fish is baking in a buttered saucepan sauté cous cous (already boiled and seasoned), with raisins.
Remove the ready fish from the oven and garnish with sautéed cous cous and raisins . Add sliced Chorizo sausage, for a spicy taste, if desired.
